As a morden metal packaging enterprise, T-Star possesses a self-owned T-star Industrial Park and a branch covering totally 50,000 square meters. We have our own invested printing factory, with advanced printing machine imported from Germany/Japan, we have our own Mold Dept to support all the new products developement, and we even produce some automatical machine (for our tin box production) by ourselves.

Artwork designed using most popular software is acceptable. CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator preferred. Freehand, Photoshop, etc. are also welcome. You can send us the ready file via websites that provide cloud services (for file hosting and sharing)  

Before designing any graphics on a particular tin, we will furnish a dimensional layout for positioning graphics. According to the tin construction, this positioning information is very important to ensure the proper placement of artworks onto each panel of the tin.  

Yes, we make all tools by ourselves. We have an in-house tooling department. So we can make custom molds at very low cost.  

We do not provide a price list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As you know, the price can be affected by such factors as material thickness, product shape, size, order quantity, print colors, etc. Also, the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your specific requirements and we shall find the best solution for you.  

Metal proofing sample is a distinctive process for showing the color effect on metal compared with paper. It is a separate process from mass production, and thus also cost  money.  

Due to mass printing and production set up, minimum order quantity is roughly 3,000 - 5,000 pcs for large size and 10,000 pcs for small size of tins.

Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Printing is done on large metal sheet first, then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation. 

Tinplate is a steel plate electrolytically coated with a fine layer of TIN for protective purposes. Tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material for food items such as cookies, candies, chocolate, etc. A food grade lacquer is coated on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product and thus make it suitable for food storage.
